The First Rain
We had our first rain today. Started before dawn and continued through mid-day.
During a lull in the rain, I noticed this line of fast-moving, soft, smooth clouds stretching from north to south in the eastern sky.
I've never before seen clouds like these.

Figs Are Here
First figs were picked today.
They seem a bit early.
But, they are ripe and soooo good!
Sorry, birds, I got there first!
